Returns & Exchanges

At the CD PROJEKT RED Gear Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your loot. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
